Digital protective relay device and the test method

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a digital protective relay device capable of reducing the cost required for a test instrument by eliminating the necessity of the multifunctional test instrument and easily executing a test, and to provide a test method thereof.;SOLUTION: A first test terminal 11 capable of connecting a voltage/current generator for imparting a voltage and a current for test is provided on an input side of an input converter 2, and a second test terminal 12 capable of connecting an information processing device 13 for imparting a digital quantity for executing a test of a relay constituent is provided between an A/D converter 3 and a relay constituent calculating section 4. A voltage and a current for test are given from the first test terminal 11 to confirm the soundness of the input converter, and then, a digital quantity for test is given from the second test terminal 12 to execute a test of the relay constituent.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
