PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a handle of a successive-firing clip treatment instrument and the successive-firing clip treatment instrument allowing a user to easily recognize the number of remaining clips not only in an endoscope having a ROM and a monitor or an endoscope having an imaging part, but also in other kinds of endoscopes (endoscope systems). PSOLUTION: The operation handle of the successive-firing clip treatment instrument comprises a first display means for displaying the number of clips loaded in a sheath and a sheath traction means for pulling the sheath to the rear end side. The sheath traction means pulls the sheath by a prescribed amount to the rear end side, and at the same time, the clip at the head of a clip line is located at the most distal end side of the sheath as interlockingly connected to the traction.
