PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce simultaneous speech by notifying other participants about a preliminary motion immediately before speaking, early.;SOLUTION: Speech is detected from input voice. A preliminary motion (an agreement motion, a vertical motion of a hand, a nod, or a physical motion) is detected from a video and the voice. A predetermined point is given to each motion and is stored. The presence/absence of the speech and the point are transmitted to other terminals to be shared. A user who speaks is selected in each terminal. A frame is superimposed on a display area of the user. A value obtained by calculating the total points of the preliminary motion within a predetermined effective time is set as a speech possibility point.
