PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To consider, when information of roads and facilities is collected by an investigating vehicle, the traveling speed and acceleration of the investigating vehicle.;SOLUTION: A facility information acquisition device is mounted on a vehicle and acquires facility information in the area where the vehicle travels. A vehicle position information acquisition means acquires position information of the vehicle while the vehicle is traveling. When an investigator finds an object facility while the vehicle is traveling, the investigator inputs facility information indicating the existence of the facility. When the position information of the vehicle is acquired by the vehicle position information acquisition means, the vehicle position information and vehicle position information acquisition time and a time-code of the vehicle position information acquisition time are made to correlate and stored. When the facility information is input, the facility information input time and the facility information are stored.
