PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system, method and program for generating aggregate signatures, capable of representing a hierarchy to which a signer belongs.;SOLUTION: Nodes are provided for each signer who signs, and a plurality of nodes are disposed while the hierarchy of a plurality of layers is formed.
