Clinical laboratory data analysis support device, clinical test data analysis support method and program thereof

PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently and highly accurately correct interlaboratory discrepancy that occur in clinical test data between the respective facilities. PSOLUTION: This clinical test data analysis support apparatus includes: a healthy subject test data extraction section 21 that extracts clinical test data alone estimated to be the clinical test data of the healthy subject and stores them in a first storage device as first criterion test data; a normalization processing section 25 that reads the first criterion test data and converts them into normalized second criterion test data; a correction parameter deriving section 25 that finds an approximate straight line determined based on standard deviation on a normalized distribution pattern curve of the second criterion test data group and derives its gradient and intercept as correction parameters; and a correction processing section 25 that applies a linear function prescribed by the correction parameters defining test facilities and clinical test items accorded with the item values of the input clinical test data, to the clinical test data and corrects the clinical test data.
