PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an impeller for fluid machine, a guide for fluid machine, and a fluid machine which allow wear-resistant lives to elongate, inhibiting an increase in costs. PSOLUTION: The impeller 10 is constituent of an air blower 1 adapted for carrying an exhaust gas containing hard dusts, having a rotation shaft 11 and blades 15 attached to the rotation shaft 11, the blades 15 each having wear-resistant layer 20 on a front face 16 for preventing wear caused by an exhaust gas, in which the wear-resistant layer 20 is formed thicker on the outside than on the rotation axis side. Further, the guide for fluid machine is a circumferential guide ring 40 constituent of an air blower 1, the guide ring 40 being arranged on sides lateral in the direction of the shaft of the impeller 10 and adapted to guide the exhaust gas. The guide ring 40 has a wear-resistant layer 50 for preventing wear caused by the exhaust gas, on the face on the impeller 10 side, in which the wear-resistant layer 50 is formed thicker on the outside than on the rotation axis side. Additionally, the wear-resistant layer 20 and the wear-resistant layer 50 are formed by means of off-normal thermal spray. PCOPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
