PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily make salt water-mixed sherbet-like ice at a relatively high temperature.;SOLUTION: Ice generated by cooling supplied salt water in an ice making device 1 is scraped by a scraper 1c to make fine ice, and the salt water-mixed sherbet-like ice 143 is made by mixing the fine ice and the salt water. The salt water-mixed sherbet-like ice is fed to an ice storage tank 14 from the ice making device, and is stored in the ice storage tank. The salt water-mixed sherbet-like ice stored in the ice storage tank is circulated from the ice storage tank to the ice making device at a plurality of times. Meanwhile a predetermined amount of the salt water-mixed sherbet-like ice at a predetermined sherbet density at a predetermined low temperature is stored in the ice storage tank.
