PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic absorbate removing apparatus can largely recover sorption capacity to regenerate an inorganic adsorbent material by largely removing organic adsorbate such as oils and pigment components that are adsorbed to the used inorganic adsorbent material.;SOLUTION: The organic adsorbate removing apparatus including a reactor 101 that performs oxidative decomposition treatment on the organic adsorbate, a solvent tank 104 that stores a hydrogen peroxide solution for producing mixed fluid composed of water and oxygen, a heater 102 and a preheater 107 that heat mixed fluid supplied to the reactor 101 at a temperature of 250°C, and a high pressure pump 105 that supplies the mixed fluid to a reactor 102 and pressurizes the mixed fluid at a pressure of 5 MPa, wherein the mixed fluid where the amount of an oxidizing agent with oxygen feed ratio of 1.2 is added to a hyperbaric pressure superheated steam at a temperature of 250°C and a pressure of 5 MPa is supplied to an used activated white clay produced in a depigmentation process where a vegetable oil is manufactured, thereby performing water thermal oxidation treatment on the organic absorbate adsorbed to a waste clay is provided.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
