Multispectral image processing method, image processing apparatus, and image processing system

摘要

PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a diagnostic method by a multi-spectrum skin image in which method only features of a lesion can be extracted by image analysis of the multi-spectrum skin image. PSOLUTION: The diagnostic method includes: a first step to image a lesion part on the skin; a second step to perform principal component analysis in an imaged multi-spectrum skin image or a part or a whole part of a multi-spectrum skin image including a separately imaged normal skin part; a third step to acquire a differential multi-spectrum skin image by calculating the difference between a multi-spectrum skin image reconstructed as the sum of a designated number of principal component spectra among principal component spectra and the multi-spectrum skin image obtained by the first step; a fourth step to select images of one or a plurality of channels, which images are designated by kinds of skin affections among the differential multi-spectrum skin images; and a fifth step to extract a lesion part by performing image processing to the selected image and digitize or image the extracted skin affection state based on the extracted lesion part.
