PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquefaction measure structure for a ground improvement mat foundation in which the foundation can be corrected to be horizontal while suppressing costs, even if uneven settlement is incurred in the foundation by liquefaction, while preventing the liquefaction, and a ground improvement mat foundation construction method.;SOLUTION: A ground improvement mat foundation comprises: a rising part 2 which is provided along a column or a lower end of a load-bearing wall; a bottom plate part 3 which is provided continuously with a bottom portion of the rising part over all the construction plane of a building; and a ground improved part which is obtained by applying ground improvement to the ground below the bottom plate part 3. In the ground improvement mat foundation, a soil cement column 5 is constructed by a soil cement construction method, an injection hole 30 through which a liquid medicine is injected when uneven settlement is incurred in the ground by liquefaction is provided on the bottom plate part 3, and around the outer periphery of the foundation, a falling wall part 4 is provided which protrudes downward from the bottom plate part 3 for preventing the liquid medicine injected from the injection hole 30 from being leaked to the outside of the foundation.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
