PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a porous hollow polymer particle excellent in sustained release of perfume, light diffusion, liquid absorption, cenesthesis, solvent resistance and mechanical strength, to provide a perfume-carrying polymer particle which can stably carry perfume and is excellent in the sustained release of perfume, to provide a manufacturing method of the porous hollow polymer particle, and to provide a manufacturing method of the perfume-carrying polymer particle. PSOLUTION: The porous hollow polymer particle has a plurality of vacant holes in the particle, wherein the outer surface of the particle and the inner surface of the particle are coated with polyvinyl alcohol.
