P To provide a device for preventing a terminal cover from being opened and reliably preventing the terminal cover from opened when a valve of the piping terminal part is not closed. PSOLUTION: The device 16 for preventing the terminal cover from being opened includes: a cover body 22 for covering the terminal cover 50 of a piping terminal part from above so as to prevent the terminal cover 50 from being removed; a cover body fixing base 18 which is rotatably and pivotally supported so that the terminal cover 50 is covered or not covered by the cover body 22; and a string-like body 24 which has one end thereof constrained by a valve 12 so as to follow a vertical movement of a valve handle 14 and the other end thereof fixed to the upstream side rather than a rotatable axial core of the cover body 22, enters a tension state when the valve handle 14 is located ON a rising position and enters a relaxed state when the valve handle 14 is located ON a falling position.
