PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a commodity identification number from being skimmed from a sales product by a malicious third party to utilize service processings provided to a purchaser of the merchandise, in an unauthorized fashion.;SOLUTION: An ID gateway 100 is provided with a commodity list storage part 130 for storing a list where a commodity ID is associated with service contents of the sales product SP; a purchase information receiving part 110 for receiving the commodity ID and a settlement ID from a shop terminal 200, when an end user purchases the sales product SP using a user portable terminal 300; a purchase history storing part 140 for storing the received commodity ID and the settlement ID, in association with each other; a service request receiving part 150 for receiving the commodity ID of the purchased sales product SP and the settlement ID, used when the sales product SP is purchased from the user portable terminal 300 of the end user; and a providing part 160 for providing the corresponding service contents to the user terminal, when the received commodity ID and the settlement ID agree with commodity ID and the settlement ID stored in the purchase history storing part 140.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
