PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical fiber sensor capable of identifying a strained or temperature-changed optical fiber position at a high spatial resolution, and a measurement method thereof, and to provide an optical fiber sensor device. PSOLUTION: The optical fiber sensor is used for the Optical Frequency Domain Reflectometry (OFDR), which uses an FBG formed in a core of optical fiber as a sensor to identify a position of the sensor based on a periodic change of an interference strength of a Bragg reflected light from the sensor and a reflected light from a reflection end for reference, and measure a strain and temperature change of a detecting section based on a variation of a wavelength of the Bragg reflected light from the sensor. The optical fiber sensor includes a plurality of sensing sections 1 for measuring the strain and temperature change resulting from the FBG and an optical marking section 3 disposed between the plurality of sensing sections for identifying the optical fiber position wherein the strain and temperature change have been sensed.
