PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an insulating electric wire superior in durability such as a bending work.;SOLUTION: In the insulating electric wire 1 equipped with a conductor 2 and an insulating coating 3 formed at the outer periphery of the conductor 2, the insulating coating 3 is composed of the innermost insulating coating 4 positioned inside and the outermost insulating coating 5 positioned outside.
