PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing ecological plant fiber used as a substitute material for wood, paper material, and plastic, which achieves ecology and energy saving by using non-edible portions of agricultural products and plant waste and by molding plant fiber.;SOLUTION: Starch, plasticizer, and additive are added to the non-edible portions of agricultural products or plant waste, and sufficiently mixed at a required ratio using a high-speed mixer, and then, the mixture is placed in a biaxial extruder and mixed under pressure, pulverized by a pulverizer, then further made to pass through the extruder. Subsequently, it is cooled by a cooling system while its temperature is controlled by a mold temperature adjuster. Thereby, master batch of ecological plant fiber is formed. The various substitute supplies material of wood, paper material, or plastic can be produced from the master batch of ecological plant fiber. Furthermore, since waste water and exhaust gas are not discharged during the production process of the substitute supplies material and the produced substitute supplies material can be recovered and reused, effects in both ecology and energy saving can be achieved.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
