PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a granulator wherein the energy consumption of a blower or the like is not substantially increased even when the granulator is enlarged.;SOLUTION: The granulator includes: a bottom floor of a granulation part whose bottom part is a porous plate 52; an air supply pipe for supplying air for flow to the bottom floor of the granulation part; and nozzles 51 for jetting granulation raw material liquid in a melted shape, a solution shape or a slurry shape using high pressure air as an auxiliary gas, which is provided so as to be opened on the bottom floor comprising the porous plate. The arrangement of the nozzles 51 on the bottom floor is configured as triangle arrangement, and the granulation raw material liquid is sprayed from the spray nozzles to a supplied core in the granulation part to perform granulation. When performing the granulation by spraying the granulation raw material liquid from the spray nozzles to the supplied core in the granulation part, the porous plate is opened so that the flowing direction of the air for the flow passing through opened holes has an inclination angle to the flowing direction of particles relative to a vertical axis.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
