PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a (thiophene/phenylene) cooligomer having a comparatively low melting point and excellent in solubility to various solvents, to provide organic semiconductor materials and luminescent materials comprising the (thiophene/phenylene) cooligomer, and to provide a production method of the (thiophene/phenylene) cooligomer.
