PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic document carrying device and an image forming device having the automatic document carrying device, capable of accurately correcting the inclination of a document, even if the angle to the document width direction of a driven roller shaft is changed.;SOLUTION: In the automatic document carrying device 3, the pullout roller pairs (carrier roller pairs) 25 and 26 are constituted of a driving roller 25 and a driven roller 26, and has an angle changing mechanism for changing an angle θ to the document width direction of the shaft 53 of the driven roller 26, an adjusting dial (an operation part) 64 for operating the angle changing mechanism, and a variable resistor (an angle detecting means) 71 for detecting the angle to the document width direction of the shaft 53 of the driven roller 26.
