PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an eddy-current type inspection device, capable of adapting to a tempering depth/hardness measuring test, even for a high-frequency tempered part which has its outside diameter changed by significant amount is inspected, because even an inspection target which is altered in its outside diameter can be inspected with high inspection accuracy, regardless of the measurement region, and to provide an eddy-current type inspection method.;SOLUTION: The eddy-current type inspection device 10 is equipped with three ring-like eddy current sensors 21, 22 and 23 having exciting coils 41, 42 and 43 and detection coil blocks 31, 32 and 33 arranged therein, and the sensor body 11 electrically connected to the ring-like eddy current sensors 21, 22 and 23 and constituted so that induced magnetic field is detected by the detection coil blocks 31, 32 and 33 of a part forming a measurement part R among the ring-like eddy current sensors 21, 22 and 23.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
