PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an equipment management device for normally operating a scheduled processing without causing user's confusion in an internal system (system to be managed).;SOLUTION: The equipment management device is connected to an external system constructed outside a firewall via a predetermined data transmission path, monitors the state of equipment connected to the internal system constructed inside the firewall, and manages the equipment based on information about the equipment including state information. The equipment management device includes: a first clock means for clocking the time of the internal system; a second clock means for clocking the same time of the external system; a clock selecting means for selecting and determining the clock means used during execution of processing in response to the processing executed when the equipment is managed, out of the first clock means and the second clock means; and a management operation executing means for executing processing of managing the equipment according to the time clocked by the clock means selected by the clock selecting method.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
