PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an antifouling coating film hardly causing crack and release of coating film, having excellent antifouling properties. SOLUTION: This composition comprises [A] an antifouling agent, [B] a silyl (meth)acrylate copolymer which is composed of (a) 20-80 wt.% of a silyl (meth)acrylate component unit of formula I [R1 is a hydrogen atom or a methyl group; R2, R3 and R4 are each an alkyl group, a cycloalkyl group or a phenyl group], (b) 0.01-40 wt.% of an acrylic unsaturated monomer component unit of formula II [R5 is a hydrogen atom or a methyl group; Z is an oxygen atom or an NR7 ; when Z is an oxygen atom, R6 is a hydroxyalkyl group, a hydroxycycloalkyl group or a polyalkylene glycol group which may contain a substituent group and when Z is NR7, R7 is an alkyl group; R6 is a hydrogen atom] and 5-79.99 wt.% of another unsaturated monomer component unit and has =200,000 Mw and (C) a vinyl ether-based (co)polymer of formula III (R is a hydrocarbon group).
