PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide jet nozzle structure and a circulation adapter for jetting an air bubble jet stream including air bubbles to a bathtub, the jet nozzle structure and the circulation adapter providing the air bubble jet stream to be advanced in a target direction without being diffused in the circumference.;SOLUTION: A jet nozzle 48 comprises: a concentric external guard 52 centered about an air bubble jet stream jetting port 24; and an internal guard 53 arranged inside the external guard 52. The internal guard 53 comprises: an inner wall 55 which is enlarged in a tapered shape toward the bathtub 1 and has a cross shape opening 54; a cylindrical outer wall 56 for connecting the bathtub 1-side edge part of the inner wall 55 to the counter-bathtub 1-side edge part of the internal guard 53; and four circulation-flow holes 57 which are formed in upper, lower, right, and left places and penetrating the internal guard 53 so as to be communicable between the inside and outside thereof.
