PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve durability of a cage for a needle roller with a cage at high-speed rotation. PSOLUTION: This cage 14 for a needle roller with a cage comprises a pair of annular parts 16 separated in the axial direction, and columns 18 positioned at predetermined intervals in the circumferential direction to connect the annular parts to each other. In the cage, pockets 20 having recesses 22 telescoping in the circumferential direction at four corners are formed between the columns 18 adjacent to each other; the recess depth d1 of the pocket 20 and the minimum column width Pmin thereof are set to satisfy an expression of Pmin/5≤d1≤Pmin/3; and the recess depth d1 and the curvature radius R of the recess are set to satisfy an expression of d1≤R≤2dl.
