PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To determine a rate of moisture dissipation from the surfaces of a body (concrete) to be measured. PSOLUTION: A container 2 is arranged on the body to be measured C as shown in Fig.A first sensor 4 for measuring temperature and humidity is arranged inside the container 2, and a second sensor 5 for measuring temperature and humidity is arranged outside the container 2. Air inside the container is dried by a dry air filing means 3, and then the dry air filing means 3 is halted to start measurements by the sensors 4 and 5. Though moisture is dissipated from the surfaces of the body to be measured C during the measurements, it is possible to determine a rate of moisture dissipation from the surfaces of the body to be measured on the basis of measurement data of the sensors 4 and 5.
