PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide treatment of waste materials, storage containers and a storage method, for easy storage and management by using an already prevailing technology as a base, without using a complex means or specific device, treating a large amount of waste materials or waste materials polluted with cesium by a general purpose molding machine to make a storage container having a shape capable of being recycled, and also preventing the elution of contaminants in a solidified form.SOLUTION: Treatment of waste materials and storage containers are provided by using a blended material obtained by adding 5 to 15 wt.% compounded material of powdery synthetic detergent for washing with potato starch, having a mixing ratio of 10 to 90 wt.% powdery synthetic detergent for washing to 90 to 10 wt.% potato starch, to uncured plastic raw materials or waste plastic-blended materials for melt kneading, having a mixing ratio of 60 to 80 wt.% polyolefin-based resin and 40 to 20 wt.% polyethylene terephthalate.
