PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a business continuation plan support apparatus and a business continuation plan support program for appropriately reassigning employees to a plurality of business bases when a disaster occurs.;SOLUTION: A distance cost calculation unit 100 calculates distance costs between each base and an address of an individual employee, and the costs among bases. A business continuation condition determining unit 102 determines whether or not a business continuation condition is satisfied for each base. This determination is performed depending on whether or not the number of employees belonging to each base and skills and positions of the employees meet a specific condition. If a certain base does not satisfy the condition, a candidate selection unit 104 refers to the distance costs and selects candidate employees to be despatched to the base. A base priority determining unit 106 determines the priorities of a base to which the candidate employee, currently belongs and a base to which the employee is despatched, and if the priority of the base to which the employee is despatched is high, a despatched personnel decision unit 108 decides the candidate as personnel to be dispatched.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
