PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a terminal, a program and method which promotes communication about a video telephone terminal used in communication services in which the necessity of seeing the face of mutual caller is high.;SOLUTION: The terminal to transmit and receive media data includes a share/transfer selecting means which classifies the media data into "share media data"/"transfer media data", a packet transmitting means and a packet receiving means which transmit and receive the media data according to the priority of the media classification, and a packet priority control means to control so as to transmit and receive the packet of share media data with the priority higher than the packet of transfer media data. The transfer media data is voice/image data obtained by a first terminal which should be transferred from a first caller operating the first terminal to a second caller operating a second terminal, the share media data is the voice/image data which the first caller and the second caller should share and recognize.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
