PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inexpensively provide a ground protection system avoiding blackout of the entire section of an accident line.;SOLUTION: Slave stations X-k installed for respective sections X-k (k=1 to m) in a power line X (X=1 to 2) detect the absolute value of zero-phase current I0, detected by a zero phase current converter ZCTX-k and transmit an absolute value determining signal GX-k which indicates the determination result of whether the detected absolute value exceeds a threshold. A power distribution controller 200 specifies a ground accident section X-p, based on distribution of the absolute value determining signal GX-k through the entire section X-k of the power line X, before a power distribution circuit breaker CBX is disconnected by a ground overvoltage relay OVGRX, based on the absolute value determining signal GX-k transmitted from the slave station X-k, and transmits an opening command of a section switch DMX-(p-1) to the slave station X-(p-1), in a section X-(p-1) on a power supply-side from the specified ground accident section X-p.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
