PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ink supply system capable of suppressing the amount of ink thrown away in replacement and reducing intermixture of the ink before replacement.;SOLUTION: The ink supply system for an inkjet printer comprises: a first pipe 55 connected to a first main tank 51 filled with first ink W1; a second pipe 56 connected to a second main tank 52 filled with second ink W2; and third pipes 62, 63 connected to an inkjet head 58 for printing on a printing medium, and connected to the first or second pipe. The third pipe has a common connection part 62a used for connection to a detachable first connection part serving for communication between the third pipe and the first pipe, and for connection to a detachable second connection part serving for communication between the third pipe and the second pipe. When the third pipe and the first pipe communicate with each other, the first ink is supplied to the inkjet head, and when the third pipe and the second pipe communicate with each other, the second ink is supplied to the inkjet head.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
