PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To constitute bobbinless coils with a minimum number of components and a minimum number of man-hours.;SOLUTION: A coil body portion 46b is constituted by fixing a cylindrically wound conductor 45a with an adhesive 62 to constitute an inner-diameter guide portion 46a, and then using the inner-diameter guide portion 46a as a guide to wind a conductor 45b around an outer circumference thereof, so while the number of components and the cost are reduced by disusing a bobbin, the inner-diameter guide portion 46a is made to function as a bobbin and a winding shape of the coil body portion 46b is stabilized. Further, the inner diameter of the bobbinless coil is reduced as much as the bobbin is disused to decrease resistance and inductance, thereby enhancing current response. Further, only the conductor 45a of the inner-diameter guide portion 46a is bonded and the conductor 45b of the coil body portion 46b need not be bonded, thereby minimizing the consumption of the adhesive 62 and the number of man-hours of the processing stages.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
