PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a database of comments made by customers at the time of ordering and promptly distribute it to sales representatives to enable them to view it.;SOLUTION: A comment data storage unit 103 associates product codes with customer codes and comments, and stores them. An email distribution customer condition data storage unit 105 associates sales representative codes with the customer codes, and stores them. An email address storage unit 107 associates the sales representative codes with the email addresses of the sales representatives, and stores them. An order input unit 102 detects the retrieval of information or input related to an order for products by a customer and receives input comments related to the products ordered by the customer, and associates the code of the customer with the codes of the products and the comments to store them in the comment data storage unit 103.
