Provided is a rematerializing apparatus for an asphalt paving material, which can recover aggregate, asphalt and particulate from asphalt with pressurized hot water and without mechanical crushing or classification as a pretreatment.  Also provided is a method for manufacturing aggregate, asphalt and particulate by using the asphalt paving material as a raw material.  The rematerializing apparatus is characterized by comprising a primary separating device (9) for separating an asphalt pavement generating material (1) with pressurized hot water into the aggregate and the asphalt containing the particulate, a primary sorting device (10) for sorting the aggregate and the particulate-containing asphalt separated by the primary sorting device (9), a secondary separating device (16) for separating the particulate-containing asphalt, which was selected by the primary sorting device (10), into the asphalt and the particulate with the pressurized hot water, and a secondary sorting device (17) for sorting the asphalt and the particulate, which were separated by the secondary separating device (16).
