PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce load required for prevention measures of DoS attack and DDoS attack.;SOLUTION: A network relay device includes a packet processing means for sampling and/or filtering received packets based on packet processing conditions that are sampling conditions and/or filtering conditions designated through a network, a notifying means for transmitting release of packet processing conditions to a network relay device in the direction of a destination of packet as a packet processing condition release notification, and a packet processing control means for rewriting configuration of packet processing conditions based on the content of a packet processing condition release notification if receiving the packet processing condition release notification.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
