PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a recycling method for fluorine-containing waste water which effectively utilizes treatment water without being discharged to the outside of the system, and also can reduce the using amount of supply water for cleaning.;SOLUTION: The recycling method for fluorine-containing waste water, as one embodiment, comprises: a stage where fluorine-containing waste water discharged from a device 5 for cleaning fluorine-containing exhaust gas using cleaning water and a calcium compound are mixed in a first reaction tank 21 so as to form an agglomerated material containing fluorine and calcium; a stage where the waste water containing the agglomerated material is subjected to solid-liquid separation in a precipitation tank 3 so as to obtain a supernatant liquid as treatment water; and a stage where the treatment water is recovered through piping P4 to be utilized as cleaning water used for the cleaning of exhaust gas.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
