Electrical Zn plated steel sheet excellent in resistance to stains stain resistance

A high stain-resistant electrogalvanized steel sheet is provided to confirm that white rust resistance and stain resistance of the steel sheet are improved by increasing strength of a chromate free resin thin film through Na. A high stain-resistant electrogalvanized steel sheet has an electrogalvanized layer. A resin thin film containing 0.05 to 5% of Na without Cr is installed on the electrogalvanized layer. Pb and T1 of the electrogalvanized layer are restricted by less than Pb:5ppm and less than T1:10ppm. The electrogalvanized layer has at least one of a group having Ni, Fe, Cr, Mo, Sn, Cu, Cd, Ag, Si, Co, In, Ir, and W, in which Ni:60~6000ppm, Fe:60~600ppm, Cr:0.5~5ppm, Mo:30~500ppm, Sn:0.6~20ppm, Cu:8~3000ppm, Cd:0.0001~0.02ppm, Ag:1.0~400ppm, Si:30~2000ppm, Co:0.0003~0.3ppm, In:0.1~30ppm, Ir:0.01~10ppm, and W:0.1~50ppm are contained.
