Ventilation member 20 has a large number of vent holes extending through the inside and outside. Thus, coping under ventilation structure 1a is in a state where the ventilation member 20 is integral with the under coping member 10 having a shape corresponding to the lower portion 7 coping. Therefore, the attachment to the coping under the part 7 of the coping under ventilation structure 1a is facilitated, thereby improving the reliability of the venting function and waterproof function.
