PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conference support device, conference support method, conference system and conference support program, in which a called conference participant can easily recognize that the participant himself/herself is called.;SOLUTION: An MCU receives photographed images, which are photographed in conference terminals, and voices recorded in the conference terminals. The received photographed images are disposed side by side (71, 72, 73). The received voice is recognized to create text data (92, 93) expressing the words included in the voice. The created text data 93 are made corresponding to a first participant (Mr.FFFF) 86 who has generated the voice among the photographed images disposed side by side. On the basis of a result of voice recognition, a partner (second participant) of a voice conversation is predetermined.
