PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To hold high designability, to secure a sufficient information amount, and to also facilitate reading when image information with two-dimensional code is used in combination with image information 14.;SOLUTION: The image information with two-dimensional codes consists of a code recognition area 12 consisting of belt-like frames with fixed width for displaying the two-dimensional codes, and the image information 14 surrounded by the frames. Each two-dimensional code includes a code group regularly arranged along the direction of a belt from a specific place of the belt-like frames. The shape of the code recognition area 12 is considered as a perfect circle. The code recognition area 12 includes a plurality of circular areas surrounded by a plurality of concentric circles with prescribed radius. A circular area of the outermost circumference is set in a boundary area 16. The boundary area 16 is colored in a uniform color which is distinguished from a background color.
