Crime risk evaluation apparatus and crime risk assessment program

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a criminal risk assessment device and program which can dynamically assess a level of a risk to a crime in assets kept inside a building in real time irrespective of whether a suspicious person has trespassed inside of the building.;SOLUTION: A CPU 22 derives a criminal occurrence probability per predetermined period at a construction position of the building where the assets are kept. If the suspicious person is not detected, a first vulnerability level value which indicates a level of vulnerability of an intrusion path to reach a storage position of the assets to the crime is derived and a first criminal risk assessment value which indicates the level of risk by crime to the assets is derived in real time based on the criminal occurrence probability, and the first vulnerability level value. If the suspicious person is detected, a second vulnerability level value which indicates a level of vulnerability of an intrusion path to reach a storage position of the assets to the crime due to the suspicious person is derived, and a second criminal risk assessment value which indicates the level of risk by crime due to the suspicious person to the assets is derived in real time based on the criminal occurrence probability and the second vulnerability level value.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
