PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure and a method for preventing the fall of a unit of a drawer structure at drawing out the unit.;SOLUTION: The structure for preventing the fall of a unit at the time of drawing out the unit comprises: an installation cage 1; a guide rail 3 laid down in the installation cage 1 to be movable to the outside of the installation cage 1, and provided with a groove 10 having a predetermined width W1; and a unit 2 provided slidably along the groove 10. The unit 2 has a stopper 9 which is fitted in the groove 10 of the guide rail 3 and slid along the groove. The guide rail 3 has an engaging portion 11 in an end portion of the groove 10.
