PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a scratch-resistant prism sheet having a prism surface hardly damaged with a scratch, which is not observed easily even if the prism is damaged with the scratch, not easily sticking to another optical element, and little glittering. PSOLUTION: In the prism sheet, multiple large prism structures having substantially triangular pole shape and small prism structures smaller than the large prism structures are arranged in parallel substantially on at least one plane. The large prism structure and the small prism structure are shaped to have an apex part cut out into a curved face curving in its projecting direction or cut out into a horizontal plane substantially, and a cutout width CL of the large prism structure is 5 μm or more, while a cutout width CS of the small prism structure is 3 μm or more.
