PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an Ni-based alloy material having excellent cold strength and workability, and having excellent high temperature creep properties equal to or above those of the conventional Ni-based alloy material, and to provide a method for inexpensively producing the Ni-based alloy material by a continuous casting process without undergoing a hot forging stage.;SOLUTION: Ni-based alloy is disclosed which has a composition containing, by mass, at least 0.001 to 0.15% N and containing one or more selected from among 0.02 to 0.60% Ti, 0.02 to 0.60% Nb, 0.02 to 0.6% Ta and 0.02 to 0.60% Zr within the range of (Ti+Nb+Ta+Zr): 0.02 to 0.60 mass%, and the balance Ni with inevitable impurities, and a method for producing the Ni-based alloy material is disclosed for producing the Ni-based alloy material by subjecting the above alloy to continuous casting to obtain a continuously cast slab, subjecting the continuously cast slab to hot rolling, and subjecting the same to finish annealing.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
