Dry spinning method of cellulose acetate fiber

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cellulose acetate fiber as a raw thread for post-processing for use in clothing, having physical properties suitable for hard twist process, high interlacing process, false twist process, and complex process combining them, and gloss unique to a cellulose acetate fiber; an effective method of producing the same; and a woven or knitted fabric of high quality using the same.;SOLUTION: The cellulose acetate fiber has an elongation percentage in a dry state of 35% or higher, Young's modulus of 5,000 N/mm² or lower, and gloss of 3% or higher. The dry spinning method therefor includes keeping the spinning draft rate in a range of ≥0.45 and ≤0.65 and keeping the linear velocity of ejection from a spinning nozzle in a range of ≤950 m/min.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
