PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cast-in-place wall and floor type concrete structure in which a restraint bar is inserted into the vicinity of a crossing section of a wall and a floor so as to prevent bond-slip.;SOLUTION: In this concrete earthquake-resisting floor and wall type structure in which a plurality of concrete wall slabs and a plurality of concrete floor slabs cross one another and in which through-reinforcements are arranged in the wall slabs and the floor slabs via the crossing section, the wall slab 4 and the floor slab 6 are formed with almost uniform concrete strength including the crossing section 12; an axial reinforcement 18, which is elongated in the same direction as that of the through-reinforcement 10 of the floor slab 6, is inserted into at least the crossing section 12, and extended to a section 14, adjacent to the crossing section 12, of the floor slab, so that the crossing section 12 and the adjacent section 14 can be changed into rigid bodies as reinforcing areas 16 for resisting bending deformation thereof and slip caused by the tension failure of the through-reinforcement; a floor slab section continuing into the reinforcing area 16 serves as a plastic zone 22; and a plastic hinge forming location is rearranged at the end 23 of the plastic zone which is brought into contact with the reinforcing zone.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
