PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To properly cope with a large number of alarms generated in a short time.;SOLUTION: A wide-area facility management system includes an alarm monitoring terminal 1 and a wide-area facility management device 2. The alarm monitoring terminal 1 includes: a filter point setting means for setting notification/non-notification setting information at each monitoring point, the notification/non-notification setting information indicating whether an alarm at the monitoring point is notified to a wide-area facility management device 2 when chattering in which an alarm is frequently generated is generated; and an alarm notification filtering means for determining whether the alarm at the monitoring point where the chattering is generated is notified to the wide-area facility management device or not based on the notification/non-notification setting information, and notifying the alarm to the wide-area facility management device only when the notification/non-notification setting information is set to be notified.
