Organic Rankine cycle (ORC) in the system, collecting oil from the evaporator of the said ORC system, in order to return this oil to the oil accumulating, method and the system which collect oil are used. The ORC system, has the evaporator, the turbine, the condenser and the pump, in order for the refrigerant to circulate inside the said ORC system, is constituted. The oil collection system, in order to remove the blend of oil and the refrigerant from the evaporator, includes the collection line which is formed. As for the blend of oil and the refrigerant, flowing into the heat exchanger, the liquid refrigerant in the said blend evaporating, the blend of oil and the refrigerant steam is formed. The conveyance line, carries the blend of oil and the refrigerant steam to the turbine, here, oil is separated from the refrigerant steam, in order to return to the oil accumulating, recycles.
