PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a driving assist device, a driving assist method, and a driving assist program capable of performing appropriate driving assist under the consideration of vehicle behaviors and a curve condition changing, according to the slope of a curve. PSOLUTION: The driving assist device 50 includes a deviation direction specifying section 53a for specifying a slope and turning direction of a curve present in the advancing direction of a vehicle, and specifying a deviation direction having a high possibility that a vehicle traveling on a curve deviates from a travel lane of the curve, based on the specified slope and turning direction; and an assist section 53b for specifying the curve condition in the deviation direction specified by the deviation direction specifying section 53a, determining assisting contents, based on the specified condition and performing the determined assisting content.
