PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method which reduces a time and costs for manufacturing a master model for casting a tire vulcanizing mold by disassembling/reassembling the master model.;SOLUTION: First, a piece P(3) which forms the master model is mounted on a plinth 11 to make the positions of the guide groove 12 and lower end groove 2 of the plinth 11 agree with each other. A fixing jig 31 having a cylindrical end part 32, in the mounted piece P(3), in the guide groove 12 of the plinth 11, is slid to the piece P(3) along the guide groove 12, and the cylindrical end part 32 of the fixing jig 31 is engaged with the lower end groove 23 of the piece P(3). Next, A piece P(5) is mounted similarly on the plinth 11, and the semicylindrical recess 22 of the piece P(5) is engaged with cylinder part 33 of the fixing jig 31. A nut 34 is fitted to the cylinder part 33, and the piece P(3) and the piece P(5) are fixed and integrated. By detaching the nut 34, they can be disassembled into each piece, and this piece is applied to another master model and can be reassembled.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
